V.B. Opaline Florence Empoli Marbled Brown & Green Glass Vase

Description

A large brown, green and white marbled vase, made in the region of Empoli, near Florence, Italy, by the Vetreria Barbieri glassworks. Often mistaken for Carlo Moretti glassware due to the marbled design, these items can be found bearing labels which read "V.B. opaline Florence, made in Italy".

Size

Measures approx 10.5 inches tall by 3.5 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Has a small flake nibble to the side just below the rim, shown in final picture.
