Archimede Seguso Murano Gold Leaf Green Glass Bowl

Description

Here is a wonderful 1950/60's Venetian glass leaf shaped bowl/ashtray, made on the island of Murano, near Venice, Italy. Made by Archimede Seguso, unmarked, but can be found online with their scalloped factory label. This design is shown in the book "Archimede Seguso, Mid-mod Glass From Murano" by Leslie Pina, page 94. In a stunning combination of green & clear cased glass, with loads of gold leaf inclusions encased in the glass.

Size

Measures approx. 1.5 inches tall by 4 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks.
