Barbini Murano Pink & Black Copper Aventurine Glass Ashtray Bowl

Description

Here is a beautiful freeform glass bowl / ashtray, made on the island of Murano, near Venice, Italy. Unmarked, but from the style, and comparison with similar labelled examples, I believe it was most likely made by the Barbini factory. In a stunning combination of opaque pink and black cased glass, with copper aventurine inclusions.

Measures approx 2.5 inches tall by 8 inches in diameter at widest point.

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks.
