Description

Here is a wonderful, large and very heavy (2.8kg unpacked) organic glass bowl, probably made on the island of Murano, near Venice, Italy. In a stunning combination of brown glass cased in amber glass, which is further encased in clear glass, using the Venetian developed sommerso technique.

Size

Measures approx 3.25 inches tall by 7 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks, just a couple of faint surface scratches, plus the expected age wear to base.
