Murano Green/Amber Sommerso Glass Organic Sculpture Bowl

Here is a magnificent tall 1950/60's Venetian freeform glass sculpture bowl, made on the island of Murano, near Venice, Italy. In a stunning combination of green glass encased in amber glass, using the renowned Venetian sommerso technique.

Size

Measures approx 7.75 inches tall by 5.5 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks, just a couple of tiny fleabites to the base rim, shown in final picture, and a couple of small surface scratches and manufacturing flaws/bubbles in the glass, mentioned for accuracy.
