Murano Red & Blue Vintage Sommerso Glass Swan Figurine

Description

Here is a wonderful 1950/60's Venetian glass swan sculpture, made on the island of Murano, near Venice, Italy.  In a stunning combination of red glass encased in pale blue glass, using the renowned Venetian sommerso technique.

Size

Measures approx 8.25 inches tall by 5 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks, just a couple of scuff marks to one side, shown in final picture.
