Murano Aventurine, Silver Leaf & Coloured Murrines Black Glass Bowl

Description

Here is an exquisite 1950/60's Venetian freeform glass bowl/ashtray, made on the island of Murano, near Venice, Italy. Decorated with silver leaf, and multicoloured murrine patches. Surrounded with an outer casing of black glass.

Measures approx 2 inches tall by 5 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks, just a scratch to the underneath side of the bowl, shown in final pictures.
