Ferro & Lazzarini Murano Vintage Aventurine Glass Paperweight

Description

Here is a wonderful Venetian glass paperweight, made on the island of Murano, near Venice, Italy, most likely by the Ferro & Lazzarini factory. Label on base reads "Hand Made by Italian Craftsmen". In a stunning combination of black and clear glass, filled with copper aventurine.

Size

Measures approx 2.25 inches tall by 3.25 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks, just a few tiny, faint surface scratches to the side near the base, shown in final picture.
