Murano Faceted Brown & Amber Sommerso Glass Block Bowl

Description

Here is a wonderful Venetian glass bowl, made on the island of Murano, near Venice, Italy. This style of glassware is usually attributed to Mandruzzato, although other manufacturers have made similar items, including Oball, Campanella and V. Nason. In a stunning combination of brown glass encased in an angular block of amber glass, using the renowned Venetian sommerso technique.

Measures approx 2 inches tall by 3 inches in diameter at widest point.
