Murano Faceted Pink & Amber Sommerso Glass Triangle Block Bowl

Description

Here is a wonderful Venetian glass triangular bowl/ashtray, made on the island of Murano, near Venice, Italy. This style of glassware is usually attributed to Mandruzzato, although other manufacturers have made similar items, including Oball, Campanella and V. Nason. In a stunning combination of pink glass cased in a band of amber glass, which is further encased in an angular block of clear glass, using the renowned Venetian sommerso technique.

Size

Measures approx 2.5 inches tall by 3.5 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Has a few minute fleabites to the rim and edges, all barely noticeable and shown in final pictures.
