Description

A black, white and orange marbled vase, made in the region of Empoli, near Florence, Italy, by the Vetreria Barbieri glassworks. Often mistaken for Carlo Moretti glassware due to the marbled design, these items can be found bearing labels which read "V.B. opaline Florence, made in Italy".

Size

Measures approx 12 inches tall by 5 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Has a small nibble to the base edge, and a cluster of tiny scratches to the base edge, all shown in final pictures. There is also a slightly uneven finish to the rim, normal for these items.
