Massive Empoli Italian 1970's Amber Glass Vase

Description

A large and heavy amber glass vase, made by one of the many glass manufacturers based in the region of Empoli, Italy.

Size

Measures approx 19.5 inches tall by 6 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks, just a few surface scratches and some intact air bubbles in the glass. Also has a large "broken" pontil mark to the base (see pic) which has been partially ground out - this is perfectly normal for hand blown glass and not considered to be damage.
