Sowerby Art Deco Frosted Pink Glass Nude Lady Figurine

Description

A wonderful art deco frosted pink glass 'seated lady' figurine. Made by British maker Sowerby, and shown in their 1956 catalogue Illustrated List No 38, page 13.

Size

Measures approx 6 inches tall by 3.25 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

There are some small nibbles around the drilled holes as to be expected. There is also a chip to the base rim, a couple of fleabites to the ladies arm, nose and chin, and a faint small line/fracture about 2cm in length about half way up. Lastly, there is a slightly flat area to the top of the ladies head, possibly a moulding flaw. All shown in final pictures.
