Sowerby 1890s Victorian Purple Malachite/Slag Glass Jug

Description

A wonderful Victorian moulded milk/cream jug in purple & white marbled malachite glass, also known as slag glass. Made by British company Sowerby in the 1890's, and bears their trademark of a peacock on the inside base, as well as a design lozenge.

Size

Measures approx 3.25 inches tall by 4.25 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks.
