Rosice Sklo Union Glass Geometric Vase - Vladislav Urban

Description

A superb large and very heavy (1.8 kilos unpacked) Czech clear glass geometric jardinière / vase. Made by the "Rosice" glassworks (part of the "Sklo Union" group), and designed by "Vladislav Urban" in 1968, pattern number 619. Shown in the book "Sklo Union - Art Before Industry" by Marcus Newhall, page 98.

Size

Measures approx 5 inches tall by 7.5 inches in diameter at widest point.

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks.
