Davidson Antique Blue Pearline Glass 'Brideshead' Bowl

Description

A wonderful Victorian blue glass bowl with white pearline rim. Made by British company Davidson around 1900, part of their Blue Pearline range, the pattern name is '643 Suite' (design registration numbers 130641 to 130643). This pattern is known as 'Brideshead' by American collectors. Has a handle to one side, presumably these were used during the Victorian era for carrying candles around at night.

Measures approx 2 inches tall by 7.5 inches in diameter at widest point.

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks.
