 Sold / Reference

A wonderful Victorian 1890's opaque custard glass vase, with applied amber and pinkish red cherries and leaf decoration. Small amounts of uranium in the glass cause it to glow bright green in UV light. Custard glass was made by several Victorian era glass factories, including Stevens & Williams and Boulton & Mills from the Stourbridge area of England, and Czech/Bohemian maker Harrach.

Measures approx 4.25 inches tall by 3.5 inches in diameter at widest point.

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks other than a couple of tiny fleabites to the outside rim, and an area to the inside rim which looks like it may have had a small shallow chip ground out. All shown in final pictures.
