Arte Nuova Pustetto & Zanetti Murano Blue & Uranium Sommerso Glass Duck

Description

Here is a wonderful 1950/60's Venetian glass duck sculpture. Made on the island of Murano, near Venice, Italy, by Arte Nuova. No marks or labels, but at the time of listing this, I am also listing another, virtually identical, which still bears the factory label. In a stunning combination of blue glass cased in uranium yellow glass, which is further encased in clear glass, using the renowned Venetian sommerso technique. Glows bright green in UV light.

Measures approx 5.5 inches tall by 4 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks.
