Venini Murano Pink & White Glass Zanfirico Bowl by Carlo Scarpa

Description

Here is an exquisite 1950's Venetian pink and white glass bowl, made with alternating stripes of lattice criss cross zanfirico filigree strands. Made on the island of Murano, near Venice, Italy, by famous manufacturers Venini. Bears their three line acid stamp manufacturing mark to the base, which reads: "Venini, Murano, Italia". Designed by Carlo Scarpa.
