Description

A wonderful Czech pink glass 'Floret' vase with opalescent white vertical ribbing. Made by the Harrachov glassworks, and designed by Milan Metelak in 1966, pattern number 4/4706. This shape and similar pieces are shown in the 1987 Harrachov Catalogue, see last image (with kind permission, and copyright of Jindřich Pařík www.CzechGlassGuide.cz). A vase in this pattern is also shown in the book 'Czech Art Glass, A Private Collection, Part 3', page 15.

Size

Measures approx 7.25 inches tall by 5.5 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks.
