Victorian Blue Pearline Glass 'Driftwood and Shell' Wall Vase

Product Number: WS15171

A wonderful Victorian blue pearline glass wall pocket/vase. Apparently shown in the book Opalescent Glass From A-Z, Revised Edition, by Heacock and Elmore. I don't have this book, but it apparently shows this design, and says a yellow example bares the registered design number 39807, which was registered on 18th December 1885 by the British company Burtles, Tate & Co. The pattern name is given as Driftwood and Shell in the book. Reference [click here]. However the only pieces I can find online which are marked with this number are quite different. Other possibilities would be Henry Greener or Davidson.

Measures approx 7 inches tall by 4.25 inches in diameter at widest point.

Has a crack to one side of the handle, shown in final picture.
