Murano Vintage Blue & Opalescent White Venetian Glass Bowl

Description

This is a magnificent 1950/60's Venetian sculptural glass bowl, made on the island of Murano, near Venice, Italy. In a stunning combination of opalescent white glass, with a spiralling blue design. Unmarked, but based on the style, shape and base finish, I suspect it was made by the Fratelli Toso factory, although I've been unable to find a labelled example so far.

Measures approx 3.25 inches tall by 9 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks.
