Ferro Italarts Murano Blue & Opalescent Glass Bullicante Bowl

Description

Here is a wonderful 1950/60's glass bowl / ashtray, most likely made on the island of Murano, near Venice, Italy, by the Ferro Italarts factory. A labelled example can be found [here]. In a stunning combination of blue glass encased in opalescent white glass. Also has a wonderful controlled bubble effect known as bullicante.

Measures approx 1.75 inches tall by 4.75 inches in diameter at widest point.

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks.
