 Sold / Reference

A wonderful 1890's Victorian glass vase. Probably made by one of the many manufacturers from the Stourbridge area of England. Made in ivory white glass with applies blue glass base. Small amounts of Uranium in the glass cause it to glow bright green in UV light.

Please note: Although this vase is obviously too small to hold a bunch of flowers, it is still classed as a vase. Small vases like this were often used to hold flowerheads, or miniature "sweetpea" flowers, or simply used as decorative ornaments.

Measures approx 3.75 inches tall by 2.25 inches in diameter at widest point.

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks, just a tiny nick to the rim, shown in final picture.
