Description
Here is an exquisite 1950/60's Venetian freeform glass bowl/ashtray, made on the island of
Murano, near Venice, Italy. Decorated with silver leaf, and multicoloured canes. Surrounded with an outer casing of red glass. Most likely made by the
Fratelli Toso factory, due to similar bowls bearing a
"Castle" import label, which is almost always associated with Fratelli Toso production. Ref: [
